Da Vinci's Paintings And Sketches
This is an experimental portrait focusing on Da Vinci's works as an artist. Each painting will take you to a webpage where you'll see early sketches from his notebooks that explains the origin of his paintings. These notebooks were written in the 16th Century during the Renaissance period and his notebooks are notoriously known for having to write notes backward and include sketches and diagrams of inventions, anatomies, and early paintings. Inside his notebooks also include special information based on his observations and personal studies. A codex that is based on a part of his life exists through multiple countries in Europe; Florence, Milan, Rome, and Paris. His notebooks are kept in Milan, Italy at the Biblioteca Ambrosiana while some of his notebooks are bought.
